Purchases made through Ace, Amazon, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, or another authorized retailer are handled according to that retailer’s return and refund policy.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact the retailer where you purchased it as soon as possible. Keep your receipt, order number, and photos of the issue when possible.
